Services Provided

GoodMedicine Wellness Inc offers wellness services including, but not limited to:

  • Acupuncture

  • Massage therapy

  • Nutritional Counseling

  • Health Coaching

  • IV therapy

  • Assisted stretching

  • Detox and supportive wellness services

  • Membership-based wellness offerings

All services are intended to support overall wellness and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency medical care.

Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance unless otherwise stated.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

  • Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined at booking.

  • Memberships and services may require in-person activation.

Memberships

  • Memberships are recurring agreements billed per the terms presented at sign-up.

  • Memberships must be activated in person.

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable.

  • Cancellation terms are disclosed at enrollment and must be followed.

  • Verbal explanations may be used at enrollment and activation.

Payments & Billing

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept approved payment methods as displayed in our clinic.

  • By providing payment information, you authorize GoodMedicine Wellness Inc to charge applicable fees.

  • Disputed charges should be addressed directly with GoodMedicine prior to involving a financial institution.

Health & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate health information

  • Informing staff of any changes to health conditions

  • Following care recommendations within personal comfort levels

You acknowledge that wellness outcomes vary and that no specific results are guaranteed.

No Guarantees

Results from wellness services vary by individual. GoodMedicine Wellness Inc makes no guarantees regarding outcomes, timelines, or results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Alabama law, GoodMedicine Wellness Inc is not liable for outcomes related to voluntary services or failure to disclose health information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoodMedicine Wellness Inc is not liable for:

  • Personal injury resulting from failure to disclose health information

  • Outcomes related to services voluntarily received

  • Indirect or incidental damages

By receiving services, you assume responsibility for your participation.
